Follow-ups and the send queue

How Dueted schedules follow-ups and tells you what to send next.

Outreach is a sequence, not a single email. When you send, Dueted stamps the contact date and sets the next follow-up for you.

The default cadence

First email today, follow-up one about five days later, follow-up two about twelve days after that, and a final note near the end. The message you should send next is highlighted as Send next.

The Today page groups everything by urgency: overdue follow-ups first, then inbound buyers, replies to continue, due sends, and contacts to verify.

Note · A lead that has replied leaves the automated cadence. From there you are in a conversation, and the deal fields take over.
