Mailbox health and auto-pause
What the health reading is based on, and why a paused mailbox stays paused.
Each mailbox carries a health reading taken from its bounce rate over the last seven days, with the hard and soft bounce counts behind it.
Not enough evidence
A mailbox that has barely sent reads as not enough evidence rather than healthy. That is the honest answer: a clean record over four messages is not a record. Auto-pause will not act until there are at least fifty sends to judge.
Auto-pause
If the bounce rate crosses the safe threshold, the mailbox is taken out of rotation automatically and the reason is recorded. An auto-paused mailbox is an incident, not a setting.
Note · Sending never resumes on its own. Bounces mean the list has a problem, and putting the mailbox straight back would keep burning its reputation. Fix the addresses first, then re-enable it yourself. A mailbox you switched off by hand shows as disabled instead, which is a different state.
