Pipeline health score
The at-a-glance signal for whether you are working your pipeline well.
On the Analytics page, the pipeline health score gives you a single number from zero to one hundred for how well the pipeline is being worked, plus the highest-leverage things to fix.
What it measures
Whether researched leads are actually being contacted, whether follow-ups are on time, whether inbound buyers are answered, whether contacts are verified, whether open deals keep moving, and whether there is recent activity.
Note · Leads on legal HOLD are excluded from the score. A stage you have not reached yet never counts against you, so the score only drops for real neglect.
